Vegas108 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the binding rules and conditions governing your use of the vegas108 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all registered users and visitors of the vegas108 platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any part of the vegas108 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use vegas108, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be a Malaysian citizen or lawful resident, or an individual accessing the platform from a permitted location.
- Not listed under any self-exclusion programme or known exclusion list on our end.
- Register only one account per individual. Multiple accounts created by the same person are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
Vegas108 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Users who fail to comply with verification requests within the specified timeframe may face temporary access restrictions or account closure.
2. Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information provided during registration may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.
Your account password is your sole responsibility. vegas108 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. You are required to:
- Keep your password and login credentials confidential.
- Use a strong password that is not easy to guess.
- Notify vegas108 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
Vegas108 is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
3. Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct
All vegas108 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using bots, automated software, or scripts to access or exploit the platform.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, including money laundering, hacking, or any other illegal conduct.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access or use your account.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform for unfair advantage.
- Using credit card details or bank account information that is unauthorised or borrowed from another party.
- Abusing promotions, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
Any breach of the above rules will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and potential legal action where applicable.
4. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals (MYR)
All transactions on the vegas108 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We accept local payment methods including bank transfers, Touch 'n Go, and GrabPay. Each deposit is processed according to the selected method and the processing times of the respective payment provider.
Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the vegas108 account holder. Withdrawal limits and processing times are as follows:
- All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and review before processing.
- Vegas108 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for anti-fraud verification purposes for up to 5 business days.
- All bonuses received are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the respective promotion terms before any withdrawal can be made.
- Vegas108 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment service providers.
All deposits are considered final once credited to the user's account. Any transaction disputes must be raised with our support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Liability Limitations and Account Policy
Vegas108 provides its platform on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, we cannot guarantee 100% continuous availability due to technical factors, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Vegas108 is not liable for:
- Losses arising from service disruptions caused by network issues, system maintenance, or unforeseen events.
- Betting outcomes resulting from a misunderstanding of game rules.
- Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform.
Account Suspension and Closure
Vegas108 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, a breach of these terms, or illegal activity. In cases of legitimate closure (not due to a breach), any eligible balance will be returned to the user upon completion of review.
Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may contact vegas108 support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days once all conditions have been fulfilled.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Amendments
Intellectual Property
All content on the vegas108 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of vegas108 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational convenience only. vegas108 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to external sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
Vegas108 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved through the relevant courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
